She had nothing but great things to say about the friendliness of everyone from the front office to the mechanics working on her van. The scheduling for service was easy and was kept by your staff unlike some experiences we have had elsewhere. The communication of the issues that needed repair was put into terms that my wife could understand (as she is not a mechanic). Some of the issues only required some adjustments and not part replacements. This allowed us to know that you value our best interest and business over just selling us parts that we didn't need.
