I called Keith after hours when my sons car wouldn't start. He came out in about a half hour to give us a tow and called us the next day with a quote. Keith told us what repairs needed to be completed to get the car running as well as pointed out some other issues that he noticed were going to cause us problems in the near future. Knowing the car was older, he knew we weren't looking to drop too much money on it so Keith was very thorough explaining what should be done now (mostly for safety reasons) and other things that could wait. Once we agreed on the work to be completed they had the work done on time when promised. - Charles K.
